Desiree (better known as Des) was born and raised in a small Minnesota farm town but has spent her entire adult life in Ohio (Go Bucks AND Vikes!) Des has no kids (unless you count her wiener dog Tallulah) but she has 5 nieces and 2 nephews that she enjoys being a kid with. She is no stranger to dartgun wars and water balloon fights. Des enjoys the great outdoors (walking/hiking, architecture) as well as the great indoors (interior design, binge watching). Other interests include listening to music (especially indie pop and rock), watching comedians, and reading/watching documentaries and biographies. One of her favorite things is enjoying good food with great company. She often hosts her family get-togethers. She describes herself as more of an "eatie" than a "foodie" because to her, the best caviar can't compete with the worst grilled cheese. Also, no meal is complete without dessert -- you can't even spell dessert without Des.
