I was having much difficulty signing up for a Nationwide online account. After multiple tries, I gave up and contacted Geswein and let them know I had given up and that it was too much trouble and too frustrating. Unbeknownst to me Valerie was working behind the scenes to find a way for me to be able to get an online account/profile set up. She contacted me, said she found a way to do it and even stayed with me on the phone as spoke to a Nationwide IT rep. and we went through the process together. That was above and beyond!!
